Warranties -

There are two types of warranties when it comes to your roofing, gutter, or solar project.

1. Product or Manufacturer Warranty: This is the warranty on your roofing materials, shingles, gutters, solar panels, batteries, inverters, etc.

These warranties are backed by the manufacturer and covered by them if there is a product failure.

These warranties range anywhere from 5-years to the lifetime of the product. View your product brochure or ask your Project Consultant for the details on the warranties of your products.

2. Workmanship Warranty: This is the warranty backed by Lime Roofing and Solar that guarantees the quality of the labor (workmanship).

Lime Roofing and Solar offers a lifetime workmanship warranty on most projects (not on new construction those warranties are backed by the builder). The Lime Roofing and Solar workmanship warranty can be transferred if the home or building is sold.

Please note that workmanship and manufacturer warranties DO NOT cover storm damage, hail, hurricane force winds, acts of god, fire, floods, or vandalism.
