Q?

How Long Do Most Roofing Projects Take?

A.

Roofing projects can be as simple as a minor repair that only takes an hour or two or as complex as a multi-phase project that can last months.

Your Project Consultant will help you determine how long your project should take.

But here's a good rule of thumb -
Roof Repairs -
Most roof repairs can be completed within one day. Sometimes if products need to cure or set the laborers may need to return another day.
Residential Roof Replacements -
Residential roof replacements usually don not take more than 1-3 days to be completed. Most projects can be completed in one day. But sometimes weather, shorter working hours (fall/winter), material delivery, and other things can require a job to go longer.
Commercial Roof Reaplcements
Commercial roofing projects can be as simple as installing a few new metal panels for an awning or as complex as shutting down the complex in phases and protecting interior contents. Commercial roofing projects can take anywhere from a few days to months. This question is best suited for your Project Consultant.
